Your brain is like any other muscle, it needs exercise to stay in shape. If you dont like eating fish you can always take supplements. The best sources of omega-3 are tuna, herring, mackerel and salmon. If you find they are tricky, try starting off with easier puzzles first before tackling harder puzzles.
Try to exercise at least three times a week. The younger you learn the language, the bigger the improvement. The French study also found that people who eat any type of fish once a week are 40% less likely to get dementia.
