who was the first president of Spain?

Spain is a constitutional monarchy and as such the head of state is the King (currently King Juan Carlos I), not a President. The leader of the government (or el Presidente del Gobierno) is normally called the Prime Minister in English.

The first Presidente del Gobierno in post-Franco days was Adolfo Suárez González and is currently José Luis Zapatero, although there were politicians with similar titles during the 1930s, following the abdication of King Alfonso XIII.

Hopefully you will now be less likely to fall for a system that doesn't work. There are systems that can and will bring you rewards but it is imperative that you know what you are buying first.
